D&D Service is requesting approval of a Site Plan, Conditional Use Permit, and Variance to allow a new office building and outdoor storage yard at 23405 County Road 10. The building will contain office space and vehicle maintenance bays.
A Conditional Use Permit is required as Contractors Operations with accessory outdoor storage are a conditional use in the CR (Rural Commercial) District.
The Variance is to allow an outdoor storage area in the front yard where the Zoning Ordinance allows them only in the side and rear yard.
