Position: Part-Time Ice Rink Attendant
Wage: $14.13-$15.70/hour
The City of Corcoran is accepting applications for part-time Ice Rink Attendants in our Parks and Recreation Division. Duties include:
- Oversee recreational activities at the Corcoran skating rink.
- Monitor and ensure safety regulations and rink policies are followed.
- Shovel snow off the sidewalk accesses near the warming house.
- Perform general maintenance and upkeep of the rink/warming house.
- Move hockey nets from the ice rink to the warming house as needed.
This is a seasonal position scheduled to work between the months of December and March weather pending. Shifts are:
- Weekdays 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm
- Saturday/Sunday 11:00 am – 4:00 pm or 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Must be at least 16 years of age or older, have a flexible schedule with availability on weekends and weeknights, be able to read instructions and warning labels to verbally communicate rink instructions and rules to the general public. Employment will be subject to completion of a pre-employment background check. The hourly pay range is $14.13 to $15.70 per hour.
