Special Events Permit

The City of Corcoran categorizes events into three types: City Events, Public Events, and Private Events. The table below provides a breakdown of each classification:

How to Apply
Applications must be made at least 60 days prior to the proposed start date of the Special Event. To apply, complete the Special Event application form, and submit to the City. Additional information and applicable fees may be required for the following:
  • Type and description of the Special Event and a list of all activities to take place at the Special Event.
  • Name(s) of sponsors, contact person, address, and phone number. 
  • Proposed date(s) of the Special Event.
  • Proposed location of the Special Event, including a map of the proposed area, barricades, street route plans, or perimeter/security fencing. 
  • Estimated number of attendees, event staff, vendors, etc. 
  • Public health plans, including access to drinking water and restroom facilities. 
  • Security plans.
  • Food permit.
  • Etc.
