Franzen Estates Preliminary Plat and Variance

The application requests to subdivide the current parcel at 23020 Strehler Road into three 10-acre parcels.  The variance would grant variation from the minimum lot width and street frontage requirements, specifically for Lot 2. The existing home would remain on proposed Lot 1 with access on to Strehler Road, and the two new lots would have access off the end of the Larsen Road cul-de-sac.

The Preliminary Plat and Variance from the minimum lot width were approved at the April 22, 2021 City Council Meeting. The Variance to allow frontage along private driveways instead of a private drive was denied.
