Pulte Hackamore Site Concept Plan
Pulte Homes requested the City Council to review a concept plan for a proposed subdivision that includes several properties located at the northwest corner of Brockton Lane (Cty Rd 101) and Hacakmore Road. The proposal includes 127-129 units consisting of 82 townhomes and 45-47 single-family lots).
The proposal would require approval of rezoning these parcels from RSF-2 (Single Family Residential) to a Planned Unit Development (PUD). This would grant the applicant with the flexibility to construct the proposed townhomes, a minimum lot-width of 50' rather than the required 80' width required in RSF-2, as well as additional flexibility for setbacks.
