In 2014, the City of Corcoran approved a 400 single family Lennar development called Ravinia and partnered with Wenck to complete the project. This was the City's first significant development project approved in several decades. As a result, the City of Corcoran extended trunk sewer and water utilities to service the development. Work included the installation of gravity as well as force main sewer pipe, construction of a lift station and access road, installation of watermain, easement acquisition, and substantial coordination between developers, landowners, regulatory agencies, and neighboring communities.
Design of the lift station included the electrical controls system and building and backup generator to support the infrastructure improvements.
