3019 preliminary plat design

Overview

Scherber & Associates have applied for a Preliminary Plat, Comprehensive Plan Amendment, and a Rezoning for "3019 Addition". This application is a proposal to develop 15 Rural Commercial lots and 4 Rural Residential lots on the property at PID 07-119-23-14-0003.

The property is currently zoned a mix of Transitional Rural Commercial (TCR) and Rural Residential (RR). In order to develop 15 commercial lots, the applicant is requesting that the portion zoned TCR be rezoned to Rural Commercial (CR), and extended the boundary east 490 feet. The remaining 

Proposed commercial lots range in size from 2.5 to 4.72 acres, and the four proposed residential lots range in size from 3.07 to 4.65 acres.
