Refuge at Rush Creek - Sketch Plan
Rains Properties, LLC received feedback from the City Council for a Planned Unit Development sketch plan that proposes nine lots within an Open Space and Preservation (OS&P) Plat. This will replace a previously approved 14-lot OS&P in 2018 while incorporating an anticipated wetland bank that required the earlier requested easement vacation.
