Permit Checklists and Supplements

A building permit is required for any construction, alteration, repair, relocation, demolition or change of use or occupancy to any building or structure regulated by the state building code.

• Requirements for size, height, setbacks, architectural standards, etc. can be found in the Corcoran City Municipal Code -- Zoning Ordinance, Title X, Sec. 1030.020 or by contacting the Planning and Zoning Department.
